When you sign up, you’ll choose which market your shop belongs to during the listing process. Whether you pick the Free plan or a paid plan, your shop goes live instantly on that market’s page as soon as you complete signup. No waiting, no manual approval needed.

Every plan gets your shop listed on the market page with your details, categories, and address.

The difference is contact access: on the Free plan, buyers can see your shop but can’t call or WhatsApp you directly from the listing.

Paid plans (Sponsored and Premium Partner) unlock direct Call and WhatsApp buttons, so buyers can reach you instantly, plus a verified badge and better visibility.

If you’re happy just being discoverable and buyers can reach you through other means (phone number in your shop, walk-ins, etc.), Free works fine.

If you want buyers to be able to call or WhatsApp you directly from your listing, go for Sponsored (₹399/month). It’s the most popular choice and covers everything most shops need.

Premium Partner (₹499/month) adds a gold verified tick and top placement for extra visibility if you want to stand out further.

This varies shop to shop. It depends on your category, how complete your shop details are, and overall buyer traffic on that market page. We don’t promise a fixed number of calls, but paid plans are priced low specifically so the cost stays worth it even with a modest number of genuine inquiries.

Yes. Completely free, no expiry, no hidden charges. You can stay on it as long as you like.

Plans are monthly and priced low on purpose, so we don’t offer refunds. Once your paid month ends, your listing will be hidden from the market page. You’re free to not renew, and there’s no penalty or further charge.

Your listing gets hidden from the market page, so visitors won’t see it anymore. You can then either renew your plan to bring it back with full features, or switch to the Free plan to keep it visible again. Just note that on Free, your Call and WhatsApp buttons won’t show, so buyers can’t contact you directly from the listing.

No, calls and WhatsApp messages come directly to the phone number and WhatsApp number you provide during signup. There’s nothing extra to install or manage.

Yes, all payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted and widely-used payment gateway in India. We never store your card or payment details.

Yes. If you’re on the Free plan, you can upgrade to a paid plan anytime – Free never expires, so there’s no waiting. If you’re already on a plan, upgrading or downgrading to another paid plan is available once your current plan ends, from your dashboard.
